Introduce
 Beijing North Jingda Plastic Pipe Co., Ltd., established in 1999, is a new enterprise specialized in manufacturing all kinds of plastic pipes and fittings for hot and cold water as well as heating system installations. With the technical support from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, we are mainly manufacturing PB, PP-R, PE-RT, XPAP and PP-R/AL/PERT pipes and fittings, with approximately one hundred kinds of specifications. Our daily manufacturing capacity is 100,000 meters.
Business-oriented professionals improve the quality of our employees. 30% of our technical management personnel have medium / senior professional titles. They are proficient in pipe processing technology, mold manufacture, and business management. We are a scientific research and experimental base of Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
We focus on science and technology innovation to develop tubular products with independent intellectual property rights, and win national utility model patents.
Our company lays stress on total quality management. We regard product quality as the root for survival and strictly control product quality. We purchase chemical raw materials from worldwide well-known companies, such as BASELL, CONSTAB and BOREALIS, and manufacture goods according to national standards. The sophisticated testing equipment provides an effective means to ensure high-quality products, and enables us to conduct various tests - melt flow rate test, material tension test, expanding track test, hydrostatic strength test and longitudinal shrinkage rate test. Our products have passed 8760-hour thermal stability test under hydrostatic condition and 5000 thermal circulation tests done by National Research Center of Testing Techniques for Building Materials. Our firm passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification in 2003.
